Opportunity:

Wine Fest Fundraising Committee Member

Description

We’re looking for passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Wine Fest Fundraising Committee! Help us make our Annual Wine Fest & Auction a success while raising vital funds to support the programs and mission of the Crisis Center. If you’re 21 or older and eager to make a meaningful impact, connect with like-minded supporters, and be part of a fun, engaging event, this is the volunteer opportunity for you.

What Committee Members Do

Fundraising committee members help secure sponsorships and silent auction item donations for our Wine Fest & Auction. We’re looking for volunteers who can connect with their spheres of friends, colleagues, and community partners to help us grow our network and bring our annual fundraising event to life.

Time Commitment

Virtual monthly one-hour Zoom meetings held on the third Friday of each month at 9am (January - May), and our in-person Wine Fest & Auction event on June 11, 2026, held at the Gary Jet Center.

What We Do

For over 30 years, Wine Fest has brought our Northwest Indiana community together while raising nearly a quarter of a million dollars each year to support programs at the Crisis Center. Our mission is to open a path of hope for individuals in crisis, and the Wine Fest Committee plays a vital role in making our mission a reality.

As a committee member, you’ll help ensure our programs and resources remain available and accessible to those who need them most. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, strengthen your community connections, and be part of an event that truly provides hope.
