The purpose of this role is to greet each person walking into the shelter, answer all phone calls, help with adoption paperwork, and more. This person is also responsible for overseeing the sign in/out process for each volunteer during their shifts. The front desk position is unique in that it requires a consistent and set schedule as well as a 6-7-hour shift. The front desk is the hub of information at our shelter.
