 duling is completely flexible. You can volunteer on a set day and route eac
 h week or fill in whenever your schedule allows.\n\nEach route includes del
 ivering fresh, nutritious meals and sharing a quick friendly hello that bri
 ghtens someone?s day.\n\nIf you?d like to make a difference right in your c
