  Volunteers assist with client intake, the crisis line, provide basic advoc
 acy and support, and help ensure clients have access to needed resources an
 d supplies.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n? Greet and assist clients in a tr
 auma-informed and respectful manner.\n\n? Support staff with client intake,
  orientation, and service coordination.\n\n? Provide crisis support or refe
 rrals under staff supervision.\n\n? Help clients access basic needs such as
  food, clothing, and hygiene items.\n\n? Assist with maintaining client are
 as (organizing supplies, restocking, light cleaning).\n\n? Participate in o
 ngoing training related to trauma-informed care and domestic violence aware
 ness.\n\n? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all agency policies and p
 rocedures.\n\nQualifications: \n\n? Compassionate, nonjudgmental, and able 
 to maintain professional boundaries.\n\n? Strong communication and listenin
