 Indiana Guardianship Services, Inc.\n\n\nVolunteers at IGS begin their invo
 lvement as Volunteer Advocates. This role focuses on building relationships
 , providing companionship, and supporting individuals who may have limited 
 or nonexistent personal support systems. Through regular visits and consist
 ent presence, Volunteer Advocates help reduce isolation and ensure individu
 als remain seen, heard, and supported. Volunteers are required to be over 2
 1 years of age; however, if an individual is actively in higher education (
 community college or greater), then the minimum age is 18 years of age. Gen
 eral responsibilities include visiting with assigned individual once per mo
 nth, providing companionship and be a support system to someone without, pr
 oviding companionship and relationship-support, observing general well-bein
 g and communicate concerns to IGS staff, documenting visit summaries as dir
 ected, and following all agency and state guidelines.\n\nOpportunity Type:
