 viduals and families who earn above the poverty line but still struggle to 
 afford necessities. They are often:\n\nPay 30%+ of their income toward hous
 ing (often renting)\nLack emergency savings to handle unexpected expenses\n
 Have credit scores that cost them hundreds of dollars more per month in mor
 tgage payments\nDon't have access to personalized financial guidance\nFeel 
 overwhelmed by the path to homeownership\n\n\nThe Gap We're Filling:\n\nWhi
 le our monthly Financial Wellness Workshops provide excellent education to 
 groups of 20-30 participants, individual coaching is where transformation h
 appens. Participants need:\n\nPersonalized attention to apply concepts to t
 heir unique situations\nAccountability partners to stay on track between wo
 rkshops\nEmotional support during setbacks and challenges\nExpert guidance 
 to navigate complex credit issues and savings strategies\nSomeone who belie
 ves in them when they doubt themselves\n\n\nThe Impact:\n\nYour coaching di
 rectly enables participants to:\n\nBuild emergency funds that prevent finan
 cial crises\nImprove credit scores by 40-100+ points (worth $200+ per month
  in mortgage savings)\nReduce debt by thousands of dollars\nQualify for bet
 ter mortgage rates and home loan programs\nMove from renting to homeownersh
 ip within 1-3 years\nBreak cycles of financial instability for their famili
